Challenger won and consistently
placed in the Futures and Grand Prix competition. He passes
on to his foals his wonderful temperament and great athletic
ability.
Challenger’s son and daughter, Cavalier
and Batik won and consistently placed in the
Preliminary Jumpers and Futures. His son, Challenger’s
Pride, was the 2003 International Jumper
Futurity Western Five-Year-Old Finals Champion and the 2002
Four-Year-Old IJF Western Best Movement/Type Champion and
Most Grand Prix Potential Champion. Another son, Captain
Courageous, was the 2003 Four-Year-Old IJF Western Best
Performance Champion. His son, Jumper Champion Castle
Rock, placed in the Top Ten in the IJF Western International
for Four-Year-Olds in 1997 and was AHSA National Champion
and AHSA Zone 10 Champion in Three-Year-Old Hunter Breeding
in 1996. Challenger’s son, Chieftain, was
the AHSA Zone 10 Champion in Three-Year-Old Hunter Breeding
in 1998. His daughter, Jaquette, placed in the Top
Ten in the IJF Western International for Four-Year-Olds
in 1998. Another son, Blenheim Farms’ Calibar, won
in Training II Jumpers and placed fourth in the Five-Year-Old
Jumper Classic at Showpark in 1999. Another Son, Challenge
Me, was a Jumper Champion In 2002, and a daughter, Cantina,
was a 2002 Six-Year-Old Jumper Classic winner. Challenger’s
son, Chase, was a Hunter Champion in 2003.
Challenger is a brother-in-blood to Jumper
Champion, Chaka Khan, one of the three highest scored
stallions within the AHHA.
Challenger is nominated for the International
Jumper Futurity.
